The District Attorney’s Office is dedicated to prosecuting all crimes occurring within Montour County in a fair, efficient and cost-effective manner while ensuring that offenders are held accountable for their criminal conduct and the interests of victims are represented through the criminal process. Working with our partners in federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, it is our duty and objective to protect our residents and promote public safety in our communities in order to assure that Montour County remains a great place to live, work and raise a family.
